I make things. I make people make things. Mostly digital things. I see big problems and immediately break them down into smaller, manageable parts. I am skilled at arranging these parts in a logical order that creates a clear road map to our team's goal. I want to work with a team I can trust and learn from, and to build a product I can be proud of.

I've spent my career building more than 50 products, in both a consulting capacity as well as an internal team member of the team. I've managed teams from two to thirty, both technical and non-technical.

Ennovar is an institute of applied learning; giving those learning theory an opportunity to put it into practice. The Software Development team builds web sites, applications for web and mobile devices, embedded software, hardware, and electrical engineering projects.

  • Leads product development, project scoping, and road map creation for external client projects and internal projects
  • Increased customer base & lab revenue more than 200% in the first year, while augmenting lab expertise to include additional programming languages and software development practices

Director of Marketing & Product Development // June 2014 - November 2015 is a software-as-a-service startup in the Financial Services industry, serving more than 200 financial institutions and 32,000 employees. While my title included the word "Marketing," my contributions were more robust and focused on new products, systems, growth, and internal tools.

  • Implemented and launched the Annual Salary Survey product with over $50,000 in sales the first year
  • Planned the survey tool we wished we'd had, named it Lewis & Clark, developed the roadmap to be built in 2016
  • Converted a laborious internal process to a revenue and lead generating tool at What Should I Pay My CEO
  • Leveraged the massive goodwill from clients with the "Why I Love" campaign from concept to launch
  • Increased email list, blog, and webinar engagement quality by over 300% with direct results in the sales funnel

Go Banana built several products that were offered directly to customers. The Company grew to serve more than 200 customers, and products were sold to various parties in 2014.
