in 2015, I was able to help Kent Johnson, Reid Hansen, and others to build a retail video game experience product called Fireshark Gaming. It was truly an experience that needed to be seen to be beleived.
The system projected video games onto the floor and walls of a 33-by-20-foot room, essentially placing players inside the game. Individuals would move around the room controlling their gameplay with Android-based tablets augmented with thumbstick controls.
Those involved say the retail site is merely the “proof of concept” for a new way of gaming developed in Wichita. The technology build under the name Fireshark Studios could eventually be licensed to individuals who want to open businesses similar to Fireshark Gaming
